2005 Fees:   Exhibitor 

All Open class entries must pay $2 per class per judge (ApHC recording fee) – no exceptions.
All Youth & Non-Pro entries must pay $1 per class per judge (ApHC recording fee) – no exceptions.
Office Fee-$5.00 per horse
Open - $40 per class ( $10.00 per judge x four judges)
Non-Pro - $36 per class($9 x 4 judges), 
                 or $150 Unlimited Classes for One Exhibitor-Multiple Horses/Multiple Classes*
Youth - $24 per class($6 x 4 judges), 
             or  $100 Unlimited Classes for One Exhibitor-Multiple Horses/Multiple Classes*
*The Blanket Fees do NOT include ApHC recording fees.  
                    NonPro & Youth Must Show in One Open Class to be eligible for flat fee.  
                    Walk/Trot Exhibitors exempt from Open requirement.

Note:   ApHC Recording Fees:   $2.00 per judge per class for Open; 
                                                   $1.00 per judge per class for NonPro & Youth

Stalls - $40/weekend if prepaid before April 5, 2005.

$45/weekend after April 5, 2005.

Shavings - $5.00 per bag
Grounds Fee for Unstalled horse - $20.00 per horse        
Camper hookup - $15.00
Please note:  A limited number of camper hookups are available and must be reserved/prepaid at least 24hrs in advance.  Please contact Tim Thomas @ 423-295-2639 to make your reservations.

Rules
·         This show will be operated in accordance with the official 2005 ApHC rule book. 
·         Any changes necessary to comply with those rules will be made as required.
·         All entrants must be registered with the ApHC or the Canadian ApHC.
·         Registration papers or copies of both sides must be available for inspection.
·         Proof of a negative coggins test within the last 12 months is REQUIRED.
·         AYA card is required for all entries in youth classes.
·         Non-Pro card is required for all entries in non-pro classes.
·         Exhibitors are responsible for correcting any errors on entry forms.
·         Show management reserves the right to refuse any entry.
·         There will be a strict two (2) minute gate call unless prior notice is given for a tack change.
·         Exhibitors entering the gate without a number or with a wrong number may be disqualified.
·         No dogs are allowed in the Expo Center (except seeing-eye dogs)
·         All dogs on Expo grounds must be on a leash.
·         No alcoholic beverages are permitted at the Expo Center or on Expo Center grounds.

The Tennessee Valley Appaloosa Horse Club (TVApHC), its Board of Directors, and its members are not responsible for any theft, injury, or loss to persons, horses, or property.
